All orders ship directly from my studio in Canada.
For shipments to the United States, all customs duties and import fees are prepaid before shipping. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay, there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

For International Buyers (Outside the U.S.)
For orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the purchase price and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days using standard shipping. -
International Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 10–12 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections or carrier delays beyond our control.

Returns Policy.
Thank you for shopping with Chantal Custeau. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return if you are not fully satisfied.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Artwork must not show signs of display, wear, or damage.

Personalized or custom work cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How to Request a Return.
To initiate a return:

We reply to all return requests within 48–72 hours.
Return Shipping.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance (we are not responsible for lost return packages).
Refunds.
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges.
If you want an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, please mention that in your return email — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
